BCSL MANDRELS
CUSTOM SOLUTIONS
Between centers, self-locking (BCSL) expanding sleeve mandrels are ideal for small production runs and one-off applications when holding the bore of components. They offer considerable expansion of the sleeves, eliminating the need to carry a large stock of oddly-sized solid mandrels.
These self-holding sleeves are located on a tapered mandrel and are released by impact. All arbors and sleeves are made from high quality steel, hardened and ground to precise limits. Runout tolerance can be guaranteed from 0.005mm T.I.R at nominal sizes.
Threaded and splined sleeves can be made to suit the customer's particular requirements.
