With over 50 years' experience in the design and manufacture of Collet Chucks, we have developed the highest level of expertise.

More versatile, accurate, and quicker to set than a conventional jaw clamping system, collet chucks can be used during almost all machining and inspection procedures.

Chevin Tools' collet chucks can be designed with quick change collet functionality, which facilitates the changeover of multiple sleeves to grip varying diameters.

HOW THEY WORK

The expanding mandrel family has many members. One of the most commonly used is the collet. Based on high quality tapered steel rings, heat treated and precisely split to work with a matching cone, they produce highly accurate parallel expansion.
