Chevin Tools has recently introduced the brand new Square Shank Chevin Capto™.
In addition to the well established benefits of Chevin Capto™, such as minimal tool changeover time and repeatability up to <0,002mm, the Square Shank Chevin Capto™ is designed to be compatible with a wide range of turret interfaces. The machine operator tightens the three screws on the unit after inserting the holder into the square turret slot. Through-tool coolant application, up to 80 bar, is enabled through the bronze port on the holder.
2" and 50mm slot width models are currently available in both left and right hand orientation. Please get in touch for more information.
